"What's your Chili?" That means "what's your addiction?" Don't worry if you didn't get the lingo I just made it up as I go but you're an avid spice fiene like me who loves Thai, Mexican, and Korean foods in addition to the many others then you realize how Hot chilis can really get! And yet, we eat and eat and eat and sssse and ssse and sssse. We put ourselves through the crucial pain we subject our tongues and intestinal tubes too and know the consequences of the ring of fire at the end of the bowl.

How to start eating spicy foods:

Start small meaning the ratio of the tiny piece of chili to alot of carbs like bread, rice, or meats and tofu.

Myth:

Drinking water will help take away the pain.

Truth:

No, eating all the carbs like rice, bread, and meats or tofu will. Spice has oil, oil and water do not mix, it disperses the spiciness even more and now you can't get rid of it but the carbs and protein will help bring it down.

Beware:

Worry about heart burn and the ring of fire. If you don't know what the ring of fire, you'll soon find out!

Why you should start eating spicy foods?

I think I heard someone say chilis have more vitamin C than orange juice and they're good for colds. Why? Your nose starts running, your nasal passage starts forming phlem and your heart beat starts racing, which in turn does speed up your heart rate and metabolic rate too so there's a diet idea. I don't really know why I like it other than every time I eat I am stretching my limit.
