Blindfolded Santa Hanging From a Tree in Miami Beach

A Santa doll is blindfolded and hanging from a tree. Not only has this brought anger to the children, but also to adults. They have to see this disturbing image every time they drive or walk home in their Miami Beach neighborhood. Ron Stroia, the man responsible for this disturbing action says that he will not bring Santa Claus down, it is his right to show it even if the neighbors don't accept it. In addition, the neighbors have tried to get it removed from the tree by calling the police, but unfortunately, Ron Stroia is protected by the First Amendment.

I've never seen anything like this, I guess there are always a grinch around during the holidays. I was actually more surprised how local6.com published his address on the site. I guess there might be many readers going by to have a tour of this poor Santa. I think Ron wants his fifteen minutes of fame. Maybe someone out there can drop in his front door a book that he might enjoy, "How the Grinch Stole Christmas, " by Dr. Seuss. He might have a change of heart...hopefully.
