As you all know I'm a big Oprah fan. She had a guest on today that had survived a terrible attempted murder by her husband. He was so inferiorated when she said she was going to leave him that he went to her place of work to pour gasoline on her and light it up in order to burn her alive. By the grace of God she did not die. These following 5 are warning signs for a relationship worthy of escaping from.

  1. Jealousy, not love...sign of distrust
  2. Controlling Behavior, what you wear, where you go, etc
  3. Verbal Abuse, degrading to make you feel less than human
  4. Threatens to harm you or your pets
  5. Isolation, makes you stay alone, a woman needs to immediately talk to someone.

If you know any woman going through this you need to call the help line right away.

Never feel responsible for a man’s violence.

I HAVE MY OWN LIST:

1. If he does not appreciate you.

2. If he does not compromise with you.

3. If he chooses a friend that disrespected you, over you.

4. If he has hygiene problems.

5. If he is cannot be a man, and see things as a union.
