Everything has a frequency. You've heard it all before, if you want to be happy you first have to love yourself right? Yes but there's more.

First and foremost, can you enjoy your own company? If you can't then how can others? Do you treat yourself the way you want to be treated? Well then whether you do or don't that reflects on you. The more money you give away, the more you get in return, the more you help others, the more things just seem to turn out right for the best.

Why do people always want people that are bad for them? Because they rush to the next thing in fear of abandonment and never have their morals and goals for a better person set up. They think that if they lose the person it will be a loss of their identity. Not in others but in ourselves and we are looking for a quick natural high and that feeling of endorphines. The way to balance those addictive emotions is to be happy in this moment.

How do you fix your addictions? You immediately should change your thinking on command and direct your attention somewhere else. Write your goals down and focus on that because "Attention goes where Energy Flows." You can reverse the aging process and any medical issues just with thought. Negative thinking brings along sickness. As your body's cells completely change every seven years, so does the effect of your thinking.

There are simple techniques you can do each morning.

  • Think of 10 ways you will give gratitude today to what you have
  • Take deep breathes
  • Set out to do at least 3 things each day that positively impact someone elses life

The importance of healing before another relationship begins is such a criteria and so essential. It is a mirror of having learned something. Bad relationship cycles come from the roots of abandonment earlier in life, maybe since childhood. Some people usually need to go through a grief process, then they operate out of need so they go for the next assuming relationship.

There is an irritation list that people should put on their agenda. What is this list you ask? Well look around your house, apartment, humble abode. What just irritates the hell out of you? What flaws that could be easily fixed have you become comfortable with? Maybe it's the way a picture frame is hanging, or the unfinished paint job you never finished, maybe it's the creak in the door that needs oil. You see, by making a list of things you don't like, you can zoom in on them and fix them. You've left it the way it is too long and it's grown on you till you are numb to it.

By doing little changes like this you can then fix other things in your life. Imagine, how do you want to fix the rest of your life if you can't even fix your room, or home! Once everything is turned positive to your liking you now know that if you can handle these tasks, you can handle anything. It just takes about two hours to list all of this, and then you can fix it by creating the opposite.

If you want to be happy, you can first start by finding things that you are grateful for. After you find those things, it will be easier to find more. Just try it! There are practices in which you can use two minute imagery for things you want to change in your life to balance yourself. After being mindful of what you want your unconciousness focuses on ideas to achieve that goal throughout the rest of your day. Change is inevitable you see, how you react is the way that your outcome will be. Events + Response = Outcome so if you don't get the right outcome, it's because you didn't have the right response because no matter what you can't change a past event but you can change how you respond to it.

You can be rich all you want and never be wealthy. By that, they meant satisfied with everything. By listing your "Harmonic Wealth" goals which consists of: Financial, Relationship, Intellectual, Physical, Spiritual, you then visualize everything you want. You can increase the speed of your financial profits. Stating these intents with ideas help you take action because you have to think, feel, act, and know. You should always set a goal so big because when you're on your way to achieving your dreams, you'll know it's already started to work. All these senses help you to have alignment with the universe.

Having a coach or mentor is always helpful because you get instant feedback. You may not like the feedback but at least you know how others perceive you and if you don't like it you can change easily. This is the power of partnership which works well with relationships. Another technique is to use the scale of 1-10 each day with your other half. If you ever get a 6 instead of a 10 you can ask why and it's easier for them to list the 5 or 6 things that they didn't like that will get you back to a 10. Not to say that you should change for someone else but it's so you can cut to the chase and spend your time understanding each other. Ask people to support you and 9 times out of the 10 they will.

No matter what you should love yourself first. The soulmate is the completion inside yourself and maintaining your happiness through compromise and understanding. Men, next time when your other half is mad, instead of blaming her, try looking at yourself and ask "what did I do that makes her feel that I am rejecting her?" Once you find it, you can know where she feels unbalanced.

The energy you put out into the Universe is exactly the energy you will receive, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but you will and maybe all in one bundle. Decide, believe, deserve, visualize, feel and the Universe will figure it out for you. Always remember, perseverance is vital. A new day is always a new life just like in Buddhism. Learn during the difficult times and you will have a quicker recovery than before with a new life.

There are world problems but we don't have to focus on that, rather focus on how to help the world with great energy. The more you think of what you want, the more your unconscious side gives you the ideas, resources to find what you want. Visualization and feelings accelerate the manifistation of what is good for you. Affirmations by telling yourself what you want everyday. Visualize where you want to go and what it feels like and use all five sensory channels to enhance performance, the brain can't tell the difference. Heaven is on earth. Sorry to break it to you none believers, but without believing you're achieving everything you think is safe and secure but it's not true happiness. Happiness can be a way of life.
