History

I am a daughter of two Thai restaurant owners that just happens to knows my parents' recipe.

I love their food. I want to be great people just like them but I would not ever want to open another restaurant just to share the experience.

Why the hell should I follow in their footsteps by opening a restaurant??? I can just sell the recipe and then you can do it yourself! By giving it to you this way, you can make a meaningful dish for once. And not just a damn chicken wang or hamburger but something decadent and like the infamous Thai dish, PAD THAI!

I save money because I do not have to pay rent for restaurant space or deal with some landlord. I don't have to pay the water bill, gas bill nor the expensive ass electricity. You do not have to go to another Thai restaurant for someone else to touch your food. I don't want people like this to buy it anyway. They'll probably jack up the dish and blame me! I want open minded people who have tried Thai food or thought about Thai food.

People who haven't had good Thai food in a long time and are fed up with just settling.

I want to meet those People who enjoy the recipe and how easy it is. People who have eaten at my parents restaurant and tasted the cooking before. That would be testimonials right there! Past fans who keep telling me to make the sauce and sell it, bands who always told me they couldn't wait to come back to our town because it was the best pad thai they ever ate from all the Thai restaurants in different cities that they had to perform in, and people of different lands and diversity who understand how orally satisfying this dish and culinary experience can be and bring people together joyously.

If you're wondering if we were ever rated by critics? Yes, both of our restaurants were featured by both of our local newspapers for having great quality Thai food and the best Pad Thai!!! We were also given a certificate by the Mayor of our city.
