Love Actually: Things to do for Love

Love Actually: Things to do for Love

LOVE = APPRECIATION TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE

True Love Story...

A girl and a guy were speeding over 100mph on a deserted road on a motorcycle.

Girl: Slow down, we're going too fast. I'm scared! And I don't want anything to happen.

Guy: Come on, don't worry. I know what I'm doing. Your having fun right?

Girl: NO...please stop. I'm really scared

Guy: Then tell me you love me.

Girl: I LOVE YOU! Now please slow down.

Guy: Give me a hug.

*Girl hugs him*

Guy: Can you help me out here? Will you take me Helmet off of me and put it on you? It's bugging me.

In the paper the next day: A motorcycle has crashed into a building break failure. Two people found, but only one survived.

The Truth is: That halfway down the road the guy realized that his breaks broke, but he didn't want the girl to know. Instead, he had her say she loved him and felt her hug him for one last time. Then had her wear his helmet so she would live, even though it meant that he would die.

Have I got your attention? Good if I did, if I didn't, then this is not for the fainted heart.

Love Advice

Jan 29th 2008, Jay Leno asked his audience members to ask him anything. One one said she wanted to ask a serious question. What are your secrets to a happy marriage? He has been married to his wife for over 27 years and is known for loving his wife so much answered "The secret to a Happy Marriage is that no arguments are worth it."

Comedians make the best husbands. Look at Jay Leno, Howie Mandel, Jim Carey. Because he has a sense of humour but not ridicule or cold remarks like Eddie Murphy, which is so important in a relationship.

Comedians can always laugh about life and not take anything personal. Love is it's finest when there is no ego, or assumptions, only understanding and compassion in a "balanced harmony."

PHILOSOPHY ON LOVE

"If two men just got in the pool and one man is talking about swimming and the other man has stopped talking and is already swimming, the man swimming is having a wonderful time in the water while the other man is drowning in the same body of water.

Love is like water. No matter what form you prefer it in. Love is calm when you take it one glass at a time and go with the flow to appreciate it.

-Anne Meesriyong

So I bid you adieu for your love and you. I hope you continue to make many memories with the special someone you have found.

A girl asked a boy if she was pretty.
He said no.
She asked him if he wanted to be with her forever.
He said no.
She then asked him if he would cry if she walked away.
He again said no.
She had heard too much.
She needed to leave.
As she walked away, he grabbed her arm and told her to stay, he said, "You're not pretty, you're beautiful. I don't want to be with you forever, I need to be with you forever. I wouldn't cry if you walked away, I would die."

The ultimate love story that never took place is below. Maybe we all can learn to live life loving like you have never been hurt because Love has only good intentions and is all about action.

10th grade

As I sat there in English class, I stared at the girl next to me. She was my so called "best friend". I stared at her long, silky hair, and wished she was mine. But she didn't notice me like that, and I knew it. After class, she walked up to me and asked me for the notes she had missed the day before and handed them to her. She said "thanks" and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I wanted to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

11th grade
The phone rang. On the other end, it was her. She was in tears, mumbling on and on about how her love had broke her heart. She asked me to come over because she didn't want to be alone, so I did. As I sat next to her on the sofa, I stared at her soft eyes, wishing she was mine. After 2 hours, one Drew Barrymore movie, and three bags of chips, she decided to go to sleep. She looked at me, said "thanks" and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

Senior year
The day before prom she walked to my locker. My date is sick" she said; he's not going to go well, I didn't have a date, and in 7th grade, we made a promise that if neither of us had dates, we would go together just as "best friends". So we did. Prom night, after everything was over, I was standing at her front door step. I stared at her as she smiled at me and stared at me with her crystal eyes. I want her to be mine, but she isn't think of me like that, and I know it. Then she said "I had the best time, thanks!" and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

Graduation Day
A day passed, then a week, then a month. Before I could blink, it was graduation day. I watched as her perfect body floated like an angel up on stage to get her diploma. I wanted her to be mine, but she didn't notice me like that, and I knew it. Before everyone went home, she came to me in her smock and hat, and cried as I hugged her. Then she lifted her head from my shoulder and said, "you're my best friend, thanks" and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

A Few Years Later
Now I sit in the pews of the church. That girl is getting married now. I watched her say "I do" and drive off to her new life, married to another man. I wanted her to be mine, but she didn't see me like that, and I knew it. But before she drove away, she came to me and said "you came!". She said "thanks" and kissed me on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love her but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why.

Funeral
Years passed, I looked down at the coffin of a girl who used to be my "best friend". At the service, they read a diary entry she had wrote in her high school years. This is what it read: I stare at him wishing he was mine, but he doesn't notice me like that, and I know it. I want to tell him, I want him to know that I don't want to be just friends, I love him but I'm just too shy, and I don't know why. I wish he would tell me he loved me! 'I wish I did too...' I thought to my self, and I cried.

Final Love Quote I Agree With More than Ever:

Laugh when you can,
Apologize when you should,
Let go of being angry over what you can't change.

Kiss slowly,
Play hard,
Forgive quickly,
Take chances,
Give everything
And have no regrets.

Life's too short to be anything…but happy. Have a WONDERFUL VALENTINE'S Day!!!

Love,

Anne
